If you have ever lifted at a commercial gym then you probably have seen some variations of these clowns in this video.

Especially the classic dumbbell boxer who shadow boxes in front of the dumbbell rack, sometimes with a couple of 2.5 dumbbells! Other gym fails involve actually powerlifters who havent yet perfected proper form and breathing technique, so they either find themselves in major trouble as they perform their lift, or they end up passing out completely! Next are the home trainers who use the latest fad equipment, like those rubber bands or doorway pull up bars, only to fail dramatically as they are having their buddy film them for social media. Little did they know their intentions to impress others, would end up becoming fodder for some major laughter!

It doesnt matter how big you are, as many of these gym fails reveal, technique and proper form are everything. Training the movement over and over with lighter weight that you can actually handle so you can master the movement is key!
